2008 Rentals Rates: Additional costs are taxes, administrative fee, and departure maid service and security deposit. Rental rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Taxes are 11.75% of the total cost.

Note: Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day weekend rates are slightly higher than spring and fall rates and usually require a three-night minimum stay.


Reservation Procedures

Reservations may be made by calling Foster Rentals & Realty at (252) 247-2048 from 9am to 9pm daily or e-mail us A rental agreement confirmation will be mailed to you, which you will sign and return within 10 days with $100 advance rent deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to the rental---payable by certified check, money order or personal check. The advance rent deposit is a payment on the rent and not a security deposit.

For reservations made less than 30 days before check-in date, the entire rental amount is due within 3 days of reservation.


Additional Cost

Tax on Rentals
We are required to collect NC sales tax, County sales tax, and Carteret County Occupancy tax for total tax on your rental total. The tax rate is subject to change.

Administrative Fee
We charge a non-refundable $40 administrative handling fee per rental.

Maid Service
 Departure maid service is required and is $40 plus tax

Linen Service
Sheets and towels may be rented for $50 plus tax or you may bring your own.
